Imposing unfair contractual terms under the guise of protecting user data? The President of UOKiK has initiated antitrust proceedings against three Apple companies.

The President of UOKiK has opened two antitrust proceedings concerning the sale of agricultural machinery. The first involves brands as follows: New Holland, Case and Steyr, the other - the Claas brand. A total of 15 business entities and 2 managers were charged of market sharing and price fixing.

The President of UOKiK imposed a fine of almost PLN 1.8 million on eleven companies from the geodetic and cartographic industry. He also initiated antitrust proceedings against seven companies offering laundry services.

The President of UOKiK concluded proceedings concerning the practices of Telewizja Polsat and companies from the Discovery Group. An in-depth analysis showed that the suspected actions of broadcasters do not impact the contents of bundles offered to subscribers.
