The President of UOKiK, Tomasz Chróstny, has launched an investigation procedure regarding a possible competition-restricting agreement. UOKiK employees searched the offices of the Electrolux Poland company as well as of owners of the stores as follows: RTV Euro AGD, Media Markt and Media Expert.

For almost 10 years, Jura Poland and owners of stores such as RTV Euro AGD, Media Markt and Media Expert have been involved in a collusion. 

For almost 10 years, have the prices of Jura brand coffee makers been set by collusion? President of UOKiK Tomasz Chróstny has initiated proceedings against Jura Poland and the store owners in this case: RTV Euro AGD, Media Markt and Media Expert.

The companies such as Euro-net and Jura Poland have deleted evidence that may have shown prohibited price fixing procedure of Jura coffee machines. Thus, they obstructed searches conducted as part of the preliminary investigation. President of UOKiK, Tomasz Chróstny, has imposed fines totalling PLN 11 million on the entrepreneurs.
