Payment backlogs – actions taken by the President of UOKiK since the beginning of 2026
In 2026, the President of UOKiK has issued eight decisions imposing fines totalling over PLN 2.6 million for payment backlogs. He has also initiated seven proceedings against companies that fail to pay their contractors on time.
