The President of UOKiK, Tomasz Chróstny has been elected as a Bureau member of the OECD – OCDE Competition Committee for 2025.

The OECD Competition Committee brings together competition experts from all OECD member and partner countries. OECD Competition Committee works to enhance the effectiveness of competition law enforcement, promotes regular exchanges of views, analysis on competition policy issues and focuses on identifying best practices. The Bureau, as its executive body, is responsible for guiding the Committee’s work and steering key initiatives.

As a Bureau Member, President of UOKiK will actively contribute to the selection of key initiatives and discussions on competition law and policy, and promote international cooperation at the OECD.

This appointment also reflects UOKiK’s long standing dedication and active participation in the dialogue taking place in international forums on competition law issues.
